A loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Mike made a very positive impact for so many in his medical work. He always set a high standard for excellence. Mike will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Heaven opens her arms today, greeting cherished souls like old family befriended.
Smiling and singing, happy and free, Randy, Irwin, and Mark greet the newly ascended.
Spreading their wings and winking an eye,
and soon Patricia, Steve and Rusty appear.
It’s a gathering of wise old owls with love in their hearts and virtually nothing to fear.
The birds know far more than we understand,
they are rich in courage, kindness and pride.
The bird parade continues its happy greeting
with Darla, Dennis and Junior: perfect guides.
It is an amazing place of talent and dreams, where all have been freed from pain and loss, Where owls meet daily to share their thoughts of those left behind, who have yet to cross.
And today with bells of joy, and voices lifted high, Jimmie, Herbie and Kathy lift their wings,
welcoming Doc Mayabb, kinder than kind, a giant hearted owl, with happy Hallelujahs...to sing.
Our deepest sympathies Vicki for your loss. Mike was such a good and caring person and I know from others a very excellent physician. Our hearts and prayers are with you.

I echo Phillip’s eloquent comment.
In addition, Mike was one of the smartest and friendliest people that I have ever met.
RIP Mike!
May God bless Vicki and the family.
