I am Frank Spillman the youngest brother of Charlotte. She was the kindest most loving person i have had the pleasure to know She is now with our parents Frank And Mildred Spillman. Her death was very sudden and a shock to us all. Make sure you always tell your loved ones you love them my last conversation with her and every conversation ended with a i love you and for that i am very thankful.
