Eddie was my first love, and my first kiss. Back in the 8th grade. He mowed my yard and we got to talking. His mom and my mom worked at the hospital together. He was the best boyfriend. I dont remember why we broke up, but then it was young love. We lost touch in high school.
I was so very sad to hear he had passed away even before our 10th reunion.
Eddie was a good friend of mine in the 8th grade but I had a hard time convincing him to quit whipping my brother Troy after school for three weeks straight but Troy started it! The last fight they had Coach Dodson and Coach Thomas almost got into a fight as they were referees. Eddie was a lot of fun at Sam Houston. His oldest brother (Dean) living, not Cotton were best friends with my oldest brother Chuck at Garland High School.
