I met Bill at Garland High, he lived way out on the edge of town where his fahter built a house on Brand road just where it turns, at that time it was just fields and forest around. It was a split level home and beautiful. Bill and I worked at the Drug store or malt shop there next to Morgan Music by Garland High durring our junior year, in the eveings. Bill married a girl from Richardson high shcool, Denise Richards and in 2004 when he passed away, she took his ashes back to Garland and spread them out on the creek that ran behind that home his Dad built on Brand Road. Bill was a true friend.

Billy was always smiling and grinning. Everything was funny to him and if you were having a bad day, he made you smile
and forget your troubles.

I had the honor of knowing Billy long before GHS. He was a welcome sight when he showed up at GHS because I hadn't seen him in a few years. I'm looking forward to seeing him again one day!
